Overall (normal highs and lows not withstanding!), we had a great postnatal period, and I believe that the placenta capsules were definitely a part of it! We bonded so well and had barely any difficulty establishing breastfeeding. I feel pretty good, all things considered! I took two tablets per day initially, some days three, and by about 5 weeks only felt the need to take one, which I am still doing. Due to being prem and having a small baby, it took us some time to latch correctly and therefore had to rely on expressing to get supply going. Thank you so much Kelly. I don't think I got to thank you enough as everything was so quick. The fact that you responded so quickly was just fantastic.
