As the founder of Elemental Beginnings since 2012, I’ve had the privilege of supporting families through some of the most transformative moments of their lives. I’m a trained Birth & Bereavement Doula, certified Postnatal Doula, HUG Teacher, Infant and Family Sleep Coach, and Placenta Services Provider.
Whether it’s guiding families through birth, helping them settle into postnatal life, supporting siblings, or creating custom sleep solutions, I bring a wealth of experience and care to each family I work with. As a mum of four incredible kids, born in both hospital and home settings, I also draw on my own journey to offer heartfelt and practical support. My passion for birth and babies stems from noticing how often families lack meaningful support, especially after the baby arrives. That’s why I’ve built my business around providing the care, knowledge, and encouragement families deserve. My approach combines research, international collaboration, personal experience, and, most importantly, feedback from the families I work with.
