I’m Kelly - the founder of Elemental Beginnings. I’ve been supporting families across Adelaide since 2012, helping them feel confident, informed and supported during pregnancy preparation and in the early weeks and months with their baby.

As a mum of four incredible kids, born in both hospital and home settings, my own parenting journey guides how I support others - with patience, honesty and a deep respect for each family’s path. Over the years, I’ve blended my lived experience with formal training as a doula, sleep coach and placenta services provider, always striving to offer support that feels real, achievable and grounded in care.
