5 Things I Want You to Know about Your Postnatal Doula

As your Postnatal Doula there are 5 things I would like you, my client, to know about me:

1. My main focus is to support the mother.
2. This is your baby and your family so I will follow your wishes.
3. Ask all the questions you need, there is no such thing as a silly question.  It is all relevant to your parenting journey.
4. If there is something you want done, tell me!  Don't be shy, it's what Im here for.
5. I expect to see you in your pajamas, or with dishes to wash and clothes to fold at least once.  It tells me you are making you and your baby the priority, not your housework
