After your dehydrated placenta has been turned into powder for encapsulation, there is always a little placenta powder residue left in the bowl.  What better way to use it up than with a sweet treat for you!
 
Made from raw nuts, seeds, dates, cocoa, maple syrup and coconut oil with as much or as little of your placenta powder as you like, they're a bite-sized boost for you.  Keep them in the fridge for those first couple of weeks postpartum when you feel like a little pick-me-up after a sleepless night or long day.

Family members will be tempted to eat them and you may choose to share them with others but do remember they contain traces of your placenta.
