It was a lovely weekend when I got a message from Natasha's husband letting me know she had given birth.  I'd spent the previous day celebrating a friend's marriage and then I got the wonderful news that a new babe was earthside.  Thank you Natasha for your lovely feedback on your placenta encapsulation experience

"Everything is going really well, very busy but good! 
I have been really happy with the whole process and in the beginning I was unsure of how much difference the capsules were making, I think they made me feel a little more hormonally balanced. The difference in the last couple of weeks however has been much more noticeable. I have been getting a huge burst of energy from the tablets, I notice when I don’t take one that I start to feel really run down by late arvo. If I take one around lunch time or very early afternoon I notice that I will get a burst of energy late arvo (which is very helpful since it is a really busy time of day!). I feel that they have been hugely helpful, particularly since I am not getting a lot of sleep!

If I do have another baby, I would not hesitate in having my placenta encapsulated again.
